Hudson Field Day: Fun, Teamwork, and Husky Pride

On September 16, Hudson students came together for our annual Field Day, enjoying a fun-filled experience centered around teamwork, sportsmanship, and Husky pride!

Curated by our P.E. teacher, Mr. Sampson, this year’s Field Day featured more than 20 activities designed to get students moving, working together, and enjoying time with their classmates. Each grade band—K–1, 2–3, and 4–5—had the opportunity to participate in a 1.5-hour Field Day experience filled with activities that encouraged good sportsmanship, teamwork, perseverance, cooperation, and encouragement.

Field Day is about much more than competition. It gives students an opportunity to connect with one another outside of their typical classroom routines, try something new, cheer on their classmates, and experience the joy of being part of a team. These shared experiences help strengthen relationships and contribute to the sense of belonging and community we are working to build at Hudson.
