Jump Rope For Heart

The Kids Heart Challenge Has Started!

We just had our kickoff assembly today and were excited to support the American Heart Association and participate in the Kids Heart Challenge (previously called Jump Rope for Heart)! Please look for information your kids received today.

We participate for four reasons: 1) To keep Hudson kiddos hearts healthy. This is a FREE event. All the kids need to do is turn in a permission slip signed by their parents. 2) To get donations to support kids with sick hearts. This is a Hudson Elementary sponsored activity for community service. Checks should be made out to the American Heart Association and all the money goes to the AHA. 3) To earn thank-you gifts which arrive about a month after the event. 4) To remember those that have been affected by heart disease or stroke!

If students raise $50 they get to Slime Mr. Sampson and if they raise $75 they get to Slime Mr. Sampson and Mr. Dent!

Our FUN events will be:

February 10th: Grades K-2 at 8:30 and Grades 3-5 at 12:50

February 11th: Morning preschool at 8:30 and Afternoon preschool at 12:30

The permission slips and donations must be returned to school by February 7th
